What we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
Who we are
This website (joemarcoux.com) is operated by Manitoba Ltd., doing business as Joe Marcoux, based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Throughout this policy, "we," "us," or "our" refers to that entity.
Information you give us
When you fill out a form, request a free resource, or book a call through this site, we collect:
- Your name and email address
- Your company name and role, if you provide them

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, deliver the resource you requested, schedule meetings, and (if you opt in) send you occasional emails about Joe's work.
Information collected automatically

- Your IP address and approximate location (city/region level)

- Pages you visited, time on page, and the link that brought you here
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (more on these below)
This data helps us understand which content is useful, fix problems, and improve the site over time.
Third-party tools we use
To run this site and respond to you, we use the following services. Each one handles your data under its own privacy terms, which we recommend reading if you're concerned about a specific provider.
Our CRM and email platform. Stores contact form submissions and powers any email follow-up. Hosted in the United States.
Handles booking and scheduling for calls. Collects your name, email, and meeting preferences when you book.
Site usage analytics. Collects anonymized data about visits, pages, and traffic sources. We don't use it to identify individual visitors.
Used for advertising measurement and audience building on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). Tracks site visits to help us understand which ads work.
We may add or change tools over time. When we do, we'll update this page and bump the "Last updated" date at the top.
